Jraya graduated from Webster University, San Antonio, Texas, with a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership in May 2015. Additionally, she completed a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Education from Wayland Baptist University, San Antonio, Texas, graduating in May 2012. Jraya is also a certified Texas instructor (TDLR No. 1264503) since 2004.

With a background in Global Trade Compliance and International Logistics, Jraya also brings expertise as a Prospective Customs Broker and an Inclusive Instructional Designer specializing in Universal Design for Learning (UDL).
